Public Safety

We provide a range of turnkey and off-the-shelf solutions to the Public Safety industry. We have deployed our solutions at several fusion centers as well as with several counties. Our solutions strive to create a common operating picture from the information residing at disparate data sources. We make extensive use of national standards to implement these information sharing solutions.

Some sample engagements:

Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), Department of Justice, Washington, DC

Tetrus designed and implemented the technology solution to connect the nation’s fusion centers with each other and with the federal partners focussed on Counter Terrorism (CT) work such as the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This program, called the Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting Initiative (NSI), was led by the US Department of Justice and sponsored by the Program Manager for the Information Sharing Environment (PMISE). The objective of this program was to develop a national capability to share terrorism related data at the Federal, State, Local and Tribal levels.

Tetrus developed federated search and analytics solution that permitted the fusion centers to maintain ownership of their information while making it available to CT investigations. We also developed the IEPD in NIEM and LEXS to enforce data standards for the information sharing
